The U.S. market opens at 3:30 p.m. Swedish time. I do not normally babysit my phone. Day two of the Bot was an exception. I kept checking for a notification and got nothing for hours. Fine, I thought. No setup met the rules.
Later I opened Grok for something unrelated and hit a banner: the model was down.
Official window yesterday: 3:30 p.m. to 7:07 p.m. Swedish time. I saw it working again around 7:30. I restarted the Bot. The first thing it sent was a fill: 18 shares of SOFI.
It had already placed that order before the outage cut it off. The machine went dark. The ticket did not.
A lot of people, myself included, still had glitches well after the official “resolved.” The Bot’s daily summary is supposed to land at 22:15. Yesterday it arrived at 23:04.
The ISK went from +5 SEK on day one to −36 SEK on day two. Close: 9,836 SEK.
One of the rules is simple: no trade under 2,000 SEK. Brokerage and FX eat small tickets. Cash after the SOFI buy is 1,456 SEK. Under the 2,000 SEK floor it cannot buy again until it sells. Today it either sits, trims a position, or sells to fund a buy it refuses to skip.
We will see if it sits still today or starts rearranging the furniture.
Would you trust a fill that went through while the model itself was offline — or is that exactly when you want a human back on the desk?
